Q & A

Hi Guys!

Today I’m going to do a questions and answers post. I don’t have any frequently asked questions yet so I’m going to be using random questions I found on Pinterest. I’m taking various questions from different lists that I think are interesting.

Here goes!

Q: What’s is your full name?

A: Christine Mary Eich

Q: What’s your Myers-Briggs personality type?

A: INFJ (I think)

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A: A mom! I adore my mom and wanted to be a mom like her. If I ended up being half the mom she is, I did ok!

Q: If you had to describe yourself in three words what would they be?

A: Introverted, compassionate, curious (about everything)

Q: What is your zodiac sign?

A: Sagittarius

Q: Do you believe in ghosts?

A: I do believe in ghosts and lots of other paranormal phenomena because I’ve experienced it!

Q: Can you dance?

A: haha, NO. But that never stopped me from trying.

Q: Beach or Mountains?

A: Mountains

Q : What kind of people are you attracted to?

A: Anyone who is genuinely kind with a warm, open heart. They must be open-minded, compassionate and have a sense of humor. Smelling good is a huge plus in my book (luckily for me, my husband fits all of these)!

Q: Favorite time of day?

A: Bath time! I love my baths.

Q: What are your worst habits?

A: Snoozing the alarm, procrastinating sometimes, spending too much time on my phone (maybe) and giving in to my sweet tooth (getting a lot better)!

Q: Whats the most dangerous thing you’ve ever done?

A: I almost walked off of a mountain cliff on accident. I was literally one step away from falling off of a cliff and plunging to my death when my husband and I went on a hike. I think this would also qualify as stupidest thing I’ve ever done too. Never go off-trail!

Q: Have you ever had a secret admirer?

A: Worse, I had a deranged stalker. (Police caught him. It’s all good now)

Q: How do you take your coffee?

A: I’m more of a tea drinker (peppermint, please) but when I do drink coffee I prefer it with lots of creamer. (Update: sadly I have had to eliminate dairy, at least for a while)

Q: What’s the last thing you’d want to see?

A: The faces of my husband and son.

Q: Are you afraid of dying?

A: No. I had an experience as a teenager when I was in a bad car accident that dissolved any fear of death.

Q: 3 facts about your family.

A: We have one grown son and his partner (our son-in-law) with whom we are close. My husband and I have been happily married for 33 years. We have one miniature poodle named Peanut (pictured below) whom I love very much (we lost two other dogs this past year. We had three) and one new grand-pupper too!

Q: What do you want to happen in the next ten years?

A: I want to have a simple, little home, as secluded as possible, with a garden, successful blog and career, to be growing older with my husband, enjoying the simple things in life.

Q: Favorite authors?

A: Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, Khalil Gibran. I mostly read either self-help or spiritual books. I listen to a lot of talks on YouTube and full audio books when I can find them there.

Q: Favorite movies?

A: It’s a Wonderful Life, Avatar, The Matrix, Running on Empty are a few that come to mind.

I’ll also add two you might be wondering about.

Q: Why did you start a blog?

A: I started this blog to try to give support for parents and caregivers of special needs kids. They don’t get nearly enough support. It has expanded to give information about self care, enjoying the simple things in life, mindfulness, mental health support and some health tips. I try to give my readers food for thought in every post. I’m trying to live my best life and share my journey with others who are also trying to live their best life too.

Q: Who is Lambie and Bellybutton?

A: They are my husband’s and my childhood stuffed animals which we still own today. I came up with “Lambie and Bellybutton” as the name for this blog because I wanted the name to be meaningful. “Together we can do anything” is our motto and I really do believe that. Not just my for my husband and myself but “together” as in any group of caring, motivated people who want to make a positive difference in the world.

Ok, those are my answers! I hope this wasn’t too boring for you! I always wonder things about the bloggers I follow so thought it would be neat to share the things I wonder about others.

Have you done a Q&A on your blog, if you have one?

Was it anything like this one?

I don’t even know what people would normally ask or want to know yet so had to pretty much wing it.

How’d I do?

If you have any other questions for me please ask away in the comments section!
