In case some of you aren’t aware, there is a free calorie counter on WebMD that will tally your daily intake.
I have it saved on my cell phone home page and have been using it for a few days now.
It is so easy to use and has been helping me to not only tally my daily caloric intake but to be aware of how many calories different meals are.
